CHARTER STUDENTS: HSC Registration Fee Details [Click here to read]
Annual Registration Fee
To secure your student’s enrollment, an annual $150 registration fee is required at checkout for all in-person campus enrollments. This fee reserves your student’s seat and allows HomeSchool Campus to plan staffing, classroom space, and class availability.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Registration Fee Payment Options for Charter Families
Choose the option below that best fits your family’s situation. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, we’re happy to help—please contact us before enrolling.
Option 1: Pay the Registration Fee Now
Pay the $150 annual registration fee during the online enrollment process to immediately secure your student’s place in class.
Option 2: Pay Now and Receive Reimbursement
Pay the $150 annual registration fee during enrollment. Once charter funds become available, submit a Purchase Order (P.O.) to HomeSchool Campus by emailing it to info@homeschoolcampus.org or through our Contact Us page.
After HSC receives the Purchase Order, we will reimburse the registration fee to your original method of payment, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
Option 3: Wait for Your Charter Purchase Order
If you prefer not to pay the registration fee upfront, you may wait until HomeSchool Campus receives your charter school’s Purchase Order.
Once the Purchase Order has been received and processed, HSC will notify you by email when your student has been cleared to enroll.
Please note: Class availability cannot be guaranteed while waiting for Purchase Order approval, and classes may fill before your student is eligible to enroll.
Option 4: Use Another Approved Vendor’s Purchase Order
If HomeSchool Campus is not an approved vendor with your charter school, ask your charter if the $150 annual HSC registration fee may be included on a Purchase Order issued to another approved vendor from whom you are already purchasing classes.
Once the Purchase Order has been issued, email a copy showing the $150 registration fee included to info@homeschoolcampus.org. After verification, HSC will notify you by email when your student has been cleared to enroll.
Please verify with your charter school that this payment method is permitted, as policies vary by charter school.
Important Information
Many charter schools will cover annual registration fees; however, it is the parent’s responsibility to verify this with their charter school.
If your charter school is not listed as an approved HomeSchool Campus vendor and you would like HSC to become one, please contact your charter school and request that they invite HomeSchool Campus to submit a vendor application.
